1. We Review the Inquiry
We look at the location, photos, description and type of masonry to determine whether the project fits DinoMac's services and what information is still needed.
A useful first inquiry helps us understand the type of masonry, where the project is located and whether the next step should be photos, a site visit, an estimate or advice on another trade that may need to be involved.
You do not need to diagnose the problem yourself. Tell us what you are seeing, what you would like repaired or built, and anything you know about the history of the issue.
A wide photo showing the entire wall, chimney or feature, plus several close-ups of the damaged area, can often tell us whether a site visit is needed immediately.
If you want to send photos directly, email DinoMacmasonry@outlook.com .
Fields marked with an asterisk are the information most useful for an initial review.

Not every project requires the same amount of site time before a scope can be developed.
We look at the location, photos, description and type of masonry to determine whether the project fits DinoMac's services and what information is still needed.
Some projects can be discussed further from photos. Others require an on-site assessment before a reliable repair scope can be prepared.
Once the condition and scope are understood, we can discuss repair options, scheduling and pricing appropriate to the project.
Water around a chimney may be masonry, flashing or roofing. A foundation crack may be a masonry repair or may need engineering. A smoking fireplace may involve the chimney system rather than the visible brick.
If the problem appears to fall outside DinoMac's masonry scope, we would rather tell you that early than sell a repair that does not address the cause.
DinoMac serves projects throughout Prince Edward Island, including Charlottetown, Stratford, Cornwall, Summerside, Three Rivers, Kensington, Souris and rural communities across the Island.
Project size, distance and scheduling can affect availability for smaller repairs farther from central PEI, so sending photos and the location first is the quickest way to determine whether a project is a good fit.
